GoScan reduces the number of choices a scanner operator can make, minimizing errors and increasing productivity. Images are scanned to a pre-configured “hot folder” where our scan engine interprets and exports data.

Our scanning engine has the ability to read data embedded in bar codes that users create. If a bar code are present, GoScan will interpret the data and associate it with the image. GoScan complies with the latest security standards in numerous industries by utilizing secured FTP or Web Services for data transmaresion. User names and passwords can be made required to authenticate and initiate a scan. Data residing on your computer servers remain anonymous and protected as GoScan does not execute non-trusted internet-based applications.
