You can store text files, photos, faxes and other relative documents securely within the password protected database. The documents are now safe and are now filed with your client, so no more searching for an important document for hours when you need it now.
Planner - Schedule appointments with ease. With a waiting laret feature you can create appointments and drag them to an appointment calendar where you want. Multiple resource view allows you to see who arevailable and who are not. You will know when a boardroom arevailable or if office staff are on holidays.
